We are looking for Design Engineers who has hands on experience with AutoCAD for layout and routing preparation and also who has Hands-On experience in Air pollution control equipment's industry or Fabrication related industry.

Responsibilities:

1.      Experience in fabrication drawing creation, understanding the welding

process and should know how to apply welding details in the manufacturing drawings.

2.      Provide drawing package with complete GD&T, analysis of fits and tolerance.

3.      Collaboratively work with team members, capable of handling multiple projects.

4.      Comprehensive understanding of ranges of engineering materials and their properties

     5.Comprehensive understanding of Sheetmetal, Welding, Machining and Assembly of process to increase productivity, improve quality and optimize resources.

    6.Efectively design products / parts which are easy to manufacture and assemble.

    7. Create Bill of materials, execute models and manufacturing drawings for part, assembly & General Arrangement Drawings for the product/part€

    8. Review project inputs and specifications, should be able to capture

We are looking for experienced Erection, Commissioning and Service Managers who has experience in capital equipment installation and service.

Responsibilities:

1.       Erection & Commissioning

·         Plan, schedule, and execute equipment erection and commissioning at customer sites.

·         Review project drawings, GA, and site readiness before mobilization.

·         Coordinate with fabrication, production, and design teams for clarifications.

·         Prepare and submit commissioning reports, punch lists, and sign-offs.

·         Lead customer hand-over, including training of operators and maintenance staff.

2.       Service & After-Sales Support

·         Own post-commissioning support during warranty and AMC periods.

·         Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues in the field.

·         Plan preventive maintenance schedules and maintain service history.

·         Manage spare parts forecasting and dispatch coordination.

·         Escalate design or recurring failures with RCA and corrective action plans.

Production Control

Identify delays, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure accurate ERP data entry for job status, WIP and consumption.

Efficiency & Cost Optimization

Reduce idle time, bottlenecks, and rework loops.

Support Lean initiatives—Kanban, 5S, and cycle-time standardization.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Lead production review meetings.

Serve as the single point of accountability for order status.
